Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Yes, We deliver free up to a 40-mile radius. Anything beyond that is a $1.00 per mile fee.
No. We arrive early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals on that day, we may need to set up in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
No. The rentals should always be clean when you get it. Jump-A-Roo’s Bounce House Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the Inflatable units the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50’ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
We love setting up at parks, but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you often must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Also remember most parks require you to be gone at dusk. We are not held responsible if the Park management, or city officials order the remove the rental due to not following the information below.
-Some parks don’t allow staking, if this is your case you will need to add sandbags to your rentals.
-Some parks require certificate of insurability. Lucky for you, Jump-A-Roo’s is fully licensed and insured. We can provide this and any additional documentation for you. There is a $20.00 fee for us to add them as an insured party. Make sure to Let us know a minimum of three days in advance if this is the case to allow time to process the documents.

Most of our Bounce Houses are 15’ x15’ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each bounce house is listed on each inflatables image. Some of our waterslides, and Obstacle Courses are VERY big and require a lot of extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. All our inflatable rentals need room to be staked and room for the blower. Even though these are commercial units, they can't rub against walls or trees, as this may damage the rental. The sizes listed on the Product Information page includes each Inflatable rentals space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup to help with the event planning.
Check the requirements listed with each rentals picture. Also, make sure you have at least a 4’ access to the area where it will be set up. The biggest waterslide rental can weigh up to 900 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room to get it to the spot where you want it.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a certain length of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
-Silly string is very common at kids Birthday Parties, but it is extremely damaging to the vinyl on any inflatable units. Please do not use silly string on or around the bounce house rentals.
-If reserving on a 4th of July events, make sure you keep Fireworks (INCLUDING THROW POPPERS & PULL STRING POPPERS) at least 100’ away from the units at all times. Damage from fireworks will not be covered even if you opted to add on the damage waiver option. Don’t let fire works ruin your Independence Day event..

We love Animals, but the Inflatables don’t seem to care to much for them. We ask that you do NOT put animals on the units, or to close to them, this will cause damage and be an expensive error. It stipulates in the contract not to do this, please read the contract with all the rules and regulations, and check out the other don’ts. We do however, encourage you to let your pet be at the event, don’t we all love our Fur-Babies?
Jump-A-Roo’s Bounce House Rentals LLC is 100% licensed and insured. Safety is our number one concern, We inspect each unit before and after each use to verify there is no damage or concerns with the unit. In addition, Our Bouncers are constructed from heavy duty commercial grade vinyl, and are double, and sometimes even triple stitched for durability. If you have any concerns, or questions about any of our bouncers feel free to contact us, Like we said we take safety seriously.
Yes, You can set up a Bounce House on Concrete, Asphalt, We DO NOT recommend setting up Waterslide inflatables on hard surfaces, because of safety concerns. You can however, Set up a waterslide on a hard surface if you have additional protective measures in place for the pool landing.
We always recommend a flat level surface; However, a small slope will be ok. If you are a technical type of person, standards say no more than a 8″ slope per 10′. If you’re still thinking, “Is this too much of a slope?” Send us a picture, or call we will be glad to verify, We would never want your event to have a Jack and Jill moment.
Inflatables should never be set up on gravel yards, it will ruin the vinyl and puncture holes in the unit. The best advice if you’re in this situation is to ask a family member, or friend. If all else fails, contact your local park for a reservation.
